Delicious Apple Pizza

Cooking Time: 45 min

Ingredients
  • 2 low-fat pie crust sticks
  • 2 cans apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup sugar, granulated or sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • unsalted fat-free butter, cut in small pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted fat-free butter
  • 3 teaspoons low-fat milk
Instructions
  1. Mix together filling, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
     
  2. Mix pie crust sticks according to directions and place the dough on a pizza pan.
  3. Put on apples, add pats of butter. Put on top crust, crimp edges and roll under.
     
  4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
     
  5. Mix frosting ingredients and spread on top crust of cooled pie.
