Quick and Easy Fish with Onion and Yogurt Sauce

Try this Quick And Easy Fish With Onion and Yogurt Sauce for a fast dinner that is nutritious too! Use any fish you like for this recipe.

Serves: 2

Preparation Time: 10 min

Cooking Time: 25 min

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 pound white fish
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • A handful of coriander or parsley, chopped (to garnish)
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Heat a fry-pan over medium heat, add the butter.

2. Add the onion, coriander and salt and fry for 3 minutes.

3. Spread half of the yogurt over the bottom of a baking dish. Lay the fish on top and spread the other half of the yogurt over the fish.

4. Place the onion mixture on top Bake for 8-10 minutes. (at most 20 minutes, like in the picture). Serve with chopped coriander or parsley sprinkled on top.
