Vegetarian Breakfast Strata - A great brunch item, this vegetarian strata serves a whole crowd. Throw in your favorite vegetables, a few eggs and bake to perfection. This is a quick and easy recipe that can be prepared ahead of time and baked right in time for the brunch crowd.
