Lemon Chicken Marinade

With garlic, lemon, rosemary and heart-healthy olive oil, this is a healthy way to marinate chicken with great flavor. You don't need to add any additional oil to the pan when cooking. Just use a bit of marinade!

Preparation Time: 5 min

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 small onion, finely minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • grated zest of one lemon
Instructions

Mix all ingredients, use immediately.
