Easy Baked Oatmeal

Baked oatmeal is a great way to start the day. It's low in fat, high in fiber and will keep you full throughout the morning so you aren't reaching for snacks. Try topping it with raisins or your favorite fresh fruit.

Cooking Time: 45 min

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups instant flavored oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions

1. Blend milk, eggs, oil, and brown sugar in blender. Combine with oatmeal and baking powder; allow to sit for 14 minutes.

2. Stir, and pour into a buttered 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with hot milk, maple syrup, or vanilla yogurt.
